2017 LOVE-A-THON · SWEETHEARTS Candy Messages

February 18, 2017 Comments : 2

[note note_color=”#BFD1D1″ text_color=”#ffffff”]Hosted by Alexa of Alexa Loves Books, Cee of The Novel Hermit, Mel of The Daily Prophecy, & Kristin of Super Space Chick, Love-A-Thon is an event—a lovefest—that is dedicated to spreading positivity and love. It’s time dedicated to visiting other bloggers/Instagrammers/BookTubers, leaving a comment or two, making new friends and fostering positivity among the members of our amazing community.[/note]

You’ve received a box of Sweethearts candy, and you’re asked to share the candy with a person or couple – fictional or real. Tell us who you’d give these messages to:

  • LOVE WINS: A couple you didn’t think would get together, but against all odds, they did.

Mackenzie Bishop and Wesley Ayers (The Archived series by Victoria Schwab)

  • I DO: A character you’d marry

Marko (Saga by Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples)

  • DREAM BIG: A character whose dreams you want to come true

Noah (I’ll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson)

  • CRAZY 4 U: A character you’re crazy about

America Chavez (Young Avengers by Kieron Gillen & Jamie McKelvie)

  • TRUE LOVE: Your ultimate OTP

Marko and Alana <3 (Saga by Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples)

  • TE AMO: A language you’d want to be wooed in

Besides English, probably French. It is a romance language after all. ;)

  • BFF: A character you want to be your best friend

Kami Glass (The Lynburn Legacy by Sarah Rees Brennan)

  • WINK WINK: A character you’d want to wink at you

Carswell Thorne (The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer)

  • SWEET TALK: A character who knows how to sweet talk/flirt

Jared Lynburn (The Lynburn Legacy by Sarah Rees Brennan)

  • BEST DAY: A moment from a book you wish happened to you or your IRL best day

Any time I get to hang out with my friends for a long amount of time.

  • OOH LA LA: A character you want to slow dance with

Wesley Ayers (The Archived series by Victoria Schwab)

  • LOVE YOU: The character that gets your undying love

Barbara Gordon aka Batgirl, hands down.

If you want to be entered in the giveaway for this challenge, you have to link up at here—The Novel Hermit. (If you’re not awake yet, don’t fret! The linky will be open until the event officially ends on February 20, so add yours any time before then.)

BARBARA GORDON DESERVES ALL OF THE LOVE <3 But also, I would definitely want to be BFFs with Kami. She's pretty darn awesome! Loving this challenge, Cee!

From what I’m gathering I really need to read The Archived series. I’m a huge Victoria Schwab fan but I have yet to get to those. Also Barbara Gordon for life!!!!
