TOO MUCH TBR • November 2018

November 7, 2018 Comments : 2

Too Much TBR has been on hold for a few months, but now is the time to bring it back! I’ve been caught up with work that The Novel Hermit and reading has been put on the back burner. No more! Let’s see all those books I’ll

For those who do not know, Too Much TBR is a way to help me see which books I really need to read and tackle them. It helps a lot seeing a visual of the books on my TBR pile.

Let’s discuss what I read last month, and what I’m reading this month!

BACK IN OCTOBER

I’ve been slacking on my reading. I read (Don’t) Call Me Crazy which was AMAZING. Everybody needs to read it. Great book about mental health. I started The Boneless Mercies, but have yet to finish it. (I will though!)

PRIORITY NOVEMBER READS

None at the moment. I’m gonna get books that have been published in the past few months read, but I don’t know what those are because BIG MOOD READER.

NOVEMBER BOOKS I WANT TO READ

The Kinship of Secrets | Don’t Touch My Hair! | Skyward |
Born to Posthumous: The Eccentric Genius and Mysterious Life of Edward Gorey |
Kingdom of the Blazing Phoenix

Empress of All Seasons | Archenemies | The Girl with the Dragon Heart |
The Stranger Diaries | Lizzy and the Good Luck Girl

Henry & Eva and the Castle on the Cliff | Someone Like Me |
Becoming |
A Ladder to the Sky | Your Own Worst Enemy

Literary Landscapes: Charting the Worlds of Classic Literature |
Creatures of Want & Ruin | Limetown |
Seduction: Sex, Lies, and Stardom in Howard Hughes’s Hollywood | My Sister, The Serial Killer

Schadenfreude: The Joy of Another’s Misfortune | Navigating the Stars |
Firefly: Big Damn Hero | The Lady Travelers Guide to Deception with an Unlikely Earl | How Long ‘Til Black Future Month?

Note: All these books here do not account for other books that may slip into my TBR list (because mood reading will probably happen) nor of the comics I will be reading. I’m sure I missed other books I want to read this month too, but since I can’t remember, it must not be priority, right?

How was your October? Tell me what’s on your November TBR list. Have you read any of the books on my lists? Or are you planning to read them?
